By using restart.chat you agree to the following.

1. Nothing illegal

You will not use restart.chat for anything illegal. That includes planning, encouraging, or hiding illegal activity.

2. No bots

restart.chat is for people. You will not use bots or automated tools to create rooms, join rooms, or send messages, and you will not try to get around the human check or the site's limits.

3. No abuse

You will not use restart.chat to harass or threaten anyone, to share content that exploits children, to spread malware, to send spam, or to attack or overload the site.

4. You are responsible for what you share

We cannot see what is said in a room. You are responsible for your messages and files, and for who you give your invite link to.

5. Rooms are temporary

Rooms and everything in them disappear, and nothing can be recovered. Do not rely on restart.chat to keep anything.

6. No guarantees

restart.chat is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Use it at your own risk.

The site may change or shut down at any time without notice. We may end any room or block access at any time.

The people who run restart.chat are not liable for anything that results from using it.
